About our factory

Volgograd Tobacco Factory – International Tobacco Group Volga LLC – is our core production facility.

The factory is located in Dzerzhinsky district, Volgograd. The Company’s brand portfolio includes international brands such as Davidoff, West, Parker & Simpson, Jadé, Manchester, Captain Jack and the leading local brands such as Maxim and Balkanskaya Zvezda (Balkan Star). Cigarette formats include Super Slims, KS Super Slims, QS, KS.

The Company has the capacity to process 22,000 tonnes of tobacco and produce 31 billion cigarettes per year. At present, the entire volume of manufactured products goes to the Russian market.

The factory has 16 production lines and state-of-the-art equipment from the world’s leading manufacturers and uses the most advanced technologies for processing raw tobacco and manufacturing products.

The wide range of manufactured cigarettes is the result of using 18 different tobacco blends. The integrated quality management system, certified to the ISO 9001 international standard, ensures and controls high consumer appeal of tobacco products. Since its establishment, the Company has invested more than RUB 10 billion in developing its production capacities.

International Tobacco Group Volga LLC is one of the top ten taxpayers in the region and one of the most attractive employers in Volgograd region. The Company employs around 400 people, more than half of them have worked at the factory for over 10 years. International Tobacco Group Volga LLC has diplomas and certificates of honor awarded on many occasions at both regional and federal levels to acknowledge its achievements in production operations and responsible approach to workplace management.
